A deposit of $200 is required to guarantee your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation, but may be used for rescheduling.
A firm guaranteed number of guests is due one week before the date. You will be charged for the guaranteed number or the exact count, whichever is higher.
Payment is preferred in cash, credit card or bank check which is due before the day of the event.
5% meal tax will be added.
All amounts over 30 days are subject to 1.5% monthly service charge. Buyer agrees to pay in addition to the principle amount any reasonable attorney fees.
All food is served buffet or family style.
Personal checks subject to $30 fee for returned checks.
A 20% gratuity will be added to the total for all in-house parties of 10 or more.
